Maria’s L-shape garden granny annexe in Luton is a fully self-contained home in the garden. It has a living area with a day bed, an integrated kitchen, a main bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower — everything needed for independent living close to family.
Climate control is handled by air conditioning units mounted at head height, a space-efficient placement that keeps the floor area clear and the units discreet. Maria also chose to add a flyover roof above the main entrance for extra weather protection at the door.
