Voids / reduces the guarantee
- Any work by non-Booths personnel; relocating the studio
- Plastering interior walls; sedum roofs
- Retrospectively added kitchens/showers/major fixtures (reduces to 1 year)
- Failing to maintain a ≥50mm air gap below the studio
Maintenance: Annual roof inspection and removal of leaves/moss is mandatory. Coastal properties (within 2km) may require repainting after 15 years. Oak steel finishes carry a 5-year durability (3 years coastal).
Garden annexes

- Interiors, fittings, lights and sockets. Electrical/plumbed units carry conventional 1-year warranties.
Critical conditions
- A supplied dehumidifier must run at the 40% humidity setting — non-use voids the entire guarantee
- A ≥50mm air gap must be maintained below the annexe to prevent condensation
- Annual roof inspection and removal of leaves/moss/weeds is mandatory
- Sedum roofs void the warranty entirely
