Genealogist and writer Liz replaced her garage with a 20' x 8' QCB5 pod — "The Dreamery" — now her library and study.
Liz Howell replaced her garage with an anthracite-grey 20’ x 8’ QCB5 garden pod, reclaiming living space inside her house in the process. A genealogist and writer, she needed a dedicated workspace and named it “The Dreamery” after her ambition to write a novel.
She was delighted with the installation team: “Thanks for a great job — and an extra thank you to Liam for the unexpected ice lollies!”
Six weeks after installation the pod houses her extensive book collection and serves as both library and study. At 20’ x 8’ the building stays just under the 15 square metre building-regulation threshold, which gave her flexibility over where it could sit in the garden.
