Jolanta’s Booths L-shaped “Lincoln” garden annexe in Leicestershire was priced at £73,461 including VAT. It was originally intended as accommodation for her unwell mother, but the project evolved when Jolanta’s son became keen to live in the annexe instead — letting her mother remain in the main house.
Jolanta chose Booths after researching alternatives, finding that competitors offered longer wait times of around 12 months at higher cost. She needed installation within six months and found Booths met both the timeline and her budget. The installation followed Caravan Act provisions, so no full planning permission was required.
