This 16’ x 17’ (5.3m x 5.6m) garden annexe is an open-plan studio that needs no planning permission when used by a family member. The layout packs a double bed, a full bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen, a TV area and storage throughout into a comfortable, spacious flat.
The exterior is finished in plasti-coated leatherette embossed galvanised steel, which requires no maintenance for 25 years. The open-plan design can be customised in future with interior walls or partitions, and the build allows installation close to property boundaries.
