This is our biggest selling garden annexe. It can be installed under the caravan act without full planning permission, and the installation includes groundworks, heating and internet connectivity.
Alex gives a tour of the space, which features a dining area with television, a sofa, a kitchen and a separate bedroom. Natural daylight streams through the full-length windows.
The kitchen uses a modern white design that maximises the available space, including plinth drawers. The bathroom is compact, with shower and toilet facilities.
Please note that Air BnB use would require full planning permission, since that constitutes a business operation rather than family housing.
