The flyover roof and decking are available in three standard depths: 3ft (910mm), 6ft (1820mm) and 9ft (2730mm). A 21’ x 12’ studio featuring a 3ft flyover roof with matching decking costs £30,967 including installation and VAT, and requires no concrete foundation due to the adjustable concrete feet.
Flyover roofs with 6ft extensions require support posts, as do side flyover installations (technically “canopies”). The benefits include enhanced aesthetics, rain protection for the entry area and windows, summer shade to prevent overheating, and a real sense of shelter. Downlights can be added for evening entertainment.
The QC8 model complies with building regulations for insulation and fire safety, offering flexible layouts with standard features including full-front windows, a door, oak laminate flooring, six double sockets and internal LED downlights. Flyover roofs and decking are optional additions.
